We bought a baltimore dining room suite that was delivered damaged. It took a month to receive a new one. The new one was not a Baltimore and was more damaged, never mind being smaller and of inferior quality. We had to go to the store to find out this out. The phone rings and Desigan clearly has never heard about customer service. We wanted the other one repaired and returned... But now they broke the leg of the table. Utterly disgusted and disappointed. Especially after no call was made to tell us, we went into the store today to be told this. I will tell 100 people about this. We are cancelling the order. Thanks for being so lousy... Never again
