NOT SUFFICIENT FEEDBACK ON ACCOUNT ENQUIRY

On 01.10.2013 I received some feedback, but it was not sufficient. Due to the fact that Edgars takes so long to respond (first time enquiry) and now again, it is more and more difficult to trace the information that is required.
I responded to "Nomzekelo" requesting more information.
Nomzekelo responded, but did still not furnish the information that I requested and I once again stipulated the information that I required.
By 06.10.2013 I had not received any response and emailed again - Still no response.
Now it is 09.10.2013 and still no response - why does Edgars staff only respond (also only partially) after the complaint has been lodged on the "Hellopeter" website - very frustrating!!!
