I emailed customer service on the 2 May 2013 with regards to a bag that is advertised in the latest Edgars magazine.
I got no response until 6 May 2013 from Nomzekelo Mnini, who is from the customer relation team.
She had ensured me that by the end of that day, she would get back to me with regards to stock of this item.
It is now the 9 May 2013 and I have not received a response from her. I have emailed her and each time i get a read receipt but no response to the email.
This is totally ridiculous that Edgars has a customer service but no one responds to you.
I really think this email address should be taken of the Edgars website.
Also customers services saying is "We value our customers and their comments about service and merchandise" this is the biggest joke i have ever heard. This should also be removed.
