This is an extreme matter, i have phoned in many times to track my order, people put you on hold and dont answer phone after, they put you on hold then other people answer after and same process begins again, put you on hold and then cut call after when you ask for supervisor or manager, this is absolutely pathetic service, disgusting. Poor quality customer care at CNA. I am talking about the 0860 262 289 number. I will never order online or purchase from CNA again.
