Receiving calls from 011 491 1143

I am very upset as i am received voice machine calls from Edcon 011 491 1143 "you are kindly requested to call this number regarding your edcon account, please call 0860 112 447 to discuss". Firstly my account is up to date, Secondly it is irritating when my phone rings and when i answer there's no one for about a minute and after a minute i get this voice message. I have been calling edcon many times reporting this matter and it has not been resolved to date. They make me hold for about 30 minutes but still fail to resolve. I am using my money to caontact them and i do not get any assistance. Today i spoke to Zandile from 0860 112 447 and she said she is unable to assist and she tranferred me to Customer Service and i spoke to Pearl (0860 112 442) who put me on hold for about 15 minutes and she hung up, I phoned again and she still did not have a resolution... CAN I GET ASSISTANCE AS I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS MATTER... and the call centre agents that I spoke to are just not assisting me
