Handed over my account

I just want to find out how can woolworths hand over my account to the lawyers whereas I told them am not working and will be paying the amount of R1000, to sort out the account. Now they must tell me who is going to pay for the lawyers as am not working where do they think I got the money from, and I told them millions times that am not working at the moment???
