No refund after repeated requests

Refund of R612.95 on order number 5525576 refers. I requested a refund through the Kalahari website three times (22 August, 26 August, 28 August), via email (16 September) and through the customer support call centre (26 September - I confirmed my credit card details during this call). I have not yet received the money owing to me, and am very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of action in response to my requests.
