Adattitude lack of accountability, horribleservice

"Jet is the largest clothing retailer in Southern Africa, created to serve families looking for good quality and affordable merchandise... It was voted South Africa's favourite retail brand and has earned the loyalty of 1.3 million members." Im one of those loyal 1.3 million customers who flock to Jet strores around the country every month to get something for either myself or my children, on of those who voted and proudly carries a Jet thank you card, yet yesterday i arrived at Jet Middestad and had it not been that i liked the clothes i picked would have left there and there... there 12 tills and only 1 heaviliy pregnant woman operating the till because it was after 5pm and they were cashing up... i asked a gentleman there for the supervisor beacause i wanted to ask why they dont work together (more tellers so that the line could go faster) and they too will untlimately leave earlier because they had closed the doors and were no longer admitting other customers and what i got was that 1.they had no instore complaints procedure, 2.the supervisor was too busy to see and hear my complaint... im utterly disgusted n outraged at the Thank u I Got from Jet Middestad and will never RETURN
