Not getting feedback on when delivery will be made

My name is Lerato, I went to Bradlows on 02-10-2013 with my mother (Anna Maleka) to purchase a dining room suite cash and on that day the manager (Kgomotso) told us they have located the furniture and that Tebogo will arrange transport. till today no one is able to tell me when delivery will be made, when i call the sales lady who was attending to me (Mmabatho) she reffres me to talk to Tebogo and he tells me the manager is the one who has to arrange for transport.

Everytime I call the manager is not in store and no one bothers to give me a call back to give me feedback. we are both very dissapointed with this service, before we went to pay i would get calls asking me when i will be coming to buy and now that we have paid the R15149.95 cash incl transport, they dont bother to let us know when we will get what we paid for.
