No delivery till now

I accompanied my mother on the 26 March 2013, to buy a lounge suite at Bradlows Kimberley. The sales person was very friendly and assisted us very well. We decided to buy the Augustine Three Piece Lounge Suite (brown color). Since my mother is a pensioner and doesn't believe in high purchases, she bought the suite for R17 199.95 cash. For a pensioner to pay that amount is a lot, she had to take from her investment. The Salesman promised that will try delivery to be before Good Friday (29 March 2013). Due to the fact that he said he will TRY, we let good Friday pass. Till this day no delivery has been done yet. We have been told numerous excuses. The reason why I am complaining on Hello Peter is because, I just called the Store now the salesman promised me again that the couches will be delivered tomorrow. I had a gut feeling that he was not telling me the truth, as per usual, than I called the warehouse, the lady at the warehouse told me that the couches are not even in the warehouse they don't have them in stock. that means delivery wont be done tomorrow. Now I want to get my mother's money back and I want this to be sorted out asap
