After placing & paying for my order on 12/09/2013 & est. delivery as 4/10/2013, my order had to be split, as they claimed supplier problems, in order for me to receive gifts for my kids (we live in Ghana, but still reside in SA for 4 weeks every 3 months). My order total was appr. R11 000. Out of the bags I bought, 1 has a faulty zip, which I am unable to return, as I only opened the parcel after arriving back in Ghana. Also, after speaking with two different persons in order to change the last parcels delivery address, I found that it had not been done and did I have to contact the courier company myself to change the address. I feel, that even though I purchase on an irregular basis, I spent a large amount of money for items which I thought to be quality goods. Some items were not checked for faults, but yet, sent out. This is not the first time that I have had problems with this company for exactly the same reasons.
