I'm a guy who walked into the Truworths Pavillion store today on my sister's behalf because she is unfortunately in NewZealand an could not be here herself. She just wanted to see what range off evening wear that the store had and asked me to take a few snaps and send to her so if there were anything she liked for her daughter I could buy it and send up with family.

Whilst taking the snaps a Sales lady walks up to me and say in an unfriendly manner that her manager says that I should stop taking pics and inadvertently hinted that I should "get out". Gees like, that Manager could have atleast had the decency to approach me and ask if they could assist in any way cos I felt so uncomfortable being in that store in the first place, they just made me feel even worse. On a lighter note, the other stores I've been to (Edgars, Woolies, Forever New) etc were more than accommodating and the staff from Truworths should learn from them. My Sister used to love shopping at Truworths but with attitudes like yours I'll advise her to tell everyone she knows never to set foot in that ill-mannered environment of yours.

Sorry, first impressions last and you guys made a bad one!
