I am not Mrs Matabene that has bad debt with you

This is to report the ongoing abuse from your store. I am receiving calls 6-9 per month form the store. Connie the Manager is not competent enough to get my number off the system. And today the staff member tries telling me - maybe this bad debt customer worked with me - if they had any intelligence or common sense they will see that they are calling a mobile number!! I have been telling them since March 2013 that I am not the person that they are looking for.
