Can anyone please give me proper feedback

I bought a lounge suite in December last year in Sammy Marks Pretoria, one wasn't standing straight, so we asked that they come collect and then fix it, this is was earlier this year 20 February to be precise. Since then i always had to call the store and ask for feedback as to when they will return the couch, i got the same answer all the time "i'll call you back". Eventually on the 05th of April I received a call from the warehouse to inform me they will be delivering my couch, finally i thought this issue was resolved, only they brought a couch that didn't't belong to me and had to take it back.
I'm still waiting for feedback from the store and I'm still getting the same "I'll call you back response". I need to know what they expect me to do and how they plan to resolve this situation. I paid a lot of money for the suite and now I'm sitting with an incomplete lounge suite and whats even more frustrating is that they dont even know what to tell me.
