Good day
I am utterly horrified at the service and unfair listing that I have received from Identity. After I have settled my account with Identity I have reopened and conducted my account to perfection. However unknowingly Identity has listed me for a ridiculous amount of R20 short payment from June to August which I knew NOTHING about, I didn't receive any type of correspondence and was paying a monthly fee of R150 through Internet banking at times and times at the store in Sandton and was not even advised at store level that I was R20 short paid. Even more shockingly after Identity has listed me on Transunion for 30 days short payment they GRANT me higher credit limit for purchase! After being listed this has caused me so many financial complications and had I not pulled a report on my profile I would have never known this and continued to think my account was in good standing. When I did speak to the consultant all they responded is that unfortunately we cannot assist you because you have not paid in R20 so your account was poorly conducted!!! I would never purposely mess up my entire credit profile for ONLY R20!!! Please assist.
