I have honestly had enough of the shocking lack of service by TFG.. They are so quick to take money from your bank but so slow to rectify mistakes or respond to queries or debit order changes!!!
I changed my bank in July 2013 and since then have gone into a foschini store, called them and emailed them a debit order change form 3 times yet they continue to debit my old bank acc!!! What is so difficult about changing details that it cannot be done?? Now I have had 2 payments bounce because of their complete lack of service and admin skills!! Absolutely pathetic!! This acc will be paid off and closed as soon as possible!! Utterly useless... The entire account structure is also a mess as I paid a large amount up front to bring down my monthly payments and that didnt happen either - they just stop debiting your account for a few months - then start again with the full payments..and still no one can explain the process!!! Absolutely fed up!!!
