Exceeding Expectations

Approximately a week ago while at Pick n' pay Cobble Walk in Durbanville, I found a jacket that I liked which was one size too small. I asked the manager to source a jacket for me and have it delivered to the branch. As far as I know, the norm is for an item to be sourced and that the customer is to collect the item at the branch where it is held. In this case Mymoena and her team went the extra mile, the jacket was sourced, collected, delivered to Cobble Walk and the cost is being marked down.

This is an example of outstanding service.
