Cellphone NOT insured for 7 months!

Took 3 Blackberry phones into Jet on 04 April 2013 to be insured. Got the enrolment forms and everything. Now one of them is phone is faulty, so I sent it in for repairs. They tell me there was a computer error and the insurance only updated for 2 phones and the 3rd one was not insured. Now they want to backdate debit my account for 7 months before they repair the phone.
