Placed an order online on the 14 August for over R250 ref 6382874 CRM:02890763. One item had a lead time of 15 working days. Once the 15 working days was up i received a mail that the item lead time had been extended. I contacted Kalahari via email. No response. I then called the customer service department and arranged that they deliver what they have ready and once the last item comes in that they deliver at their cost. Now i find out they cancelled the other item by going online and checking, but i never received any notification from them. the best is, the response is "oh we apologise, the supplier didn't have stock". If you order online now for the exact same product, its a day turn around time, but i now have to pay the R35 courier fee because i'm not spending R250. Yet, i did spend over the required amount and Kalahari cancelled my order. Talk about customer service. Highly disgusted in the way they have handled my order, and all i get is an apology and oh yes, we did credit you. Did you credit me the courier i will now have to pay to reorder the same item that has a turn around time of one day. Why didn't you reorder with another supplier that has earlier turn around time
