Woolworths Sandton - Country Road/Trenery Suits

I cannot believe that a customer who is willing to walk in, buy two suits and leave has to basically beg for assistance from what appears to be an over-staffed area of men who know absolutely nothing about the area they are working. The only help I got was one guy standing around, fetching the size I could not find then disappearing again. I had no guidance, no feedback, no information. Just a guy who stood by the rack waiting for me to say whether it fits or not then running away. This in an area of staff who are either too busy chatting to each other, or completely avoiding anyone who seems to be needing assistance. I am disgusted, especially after having been told that Cresta did not have the full range and Sandton is the best bet, so I drove all the way for any kind of help.

If you are going to hire placeholders, at least have more than one semi-competent guy in the area. I saw one guy getting assistance there. And this while I stood and joked with another couple who also laughed about how no one was to be found and we will just have to look after ourselves. Once again, if you just want to hire tellers, you'll just need one as it is self service.
