What a joke this great brand is tarnished

I always shop at Game Jabulani mall and i can reveal now that i have seen enough rubbish, customer service is lacking and customers are treated like dirt recently i saw an woman being made to wait for 30 minutes just to exchange a faulty item and im also a victim of a spam in which i bought a Russel hobbs iron with a free water jug inside the store departmental employee told me that irons are reserved at the a store room to my dismay he took 20 minutes to bring the iron and wen i opened the box the water jug is smaller than the one depicted on the box it is clear that they are reserved at the storeroom to rip consumers off, im already fiilling my complaint via my lawyer to the consumer complaints department and the consumer omsbud as well, someone must account for this mess what a shame game.
