Products/items hidden in cages

Was at Game Festival Mall on Sunday to purchase a new iron, we looked around & couldnt find anything to my interest, eventually we found 1 box on the display shelf of a Russell hobbs iron, we couldnt find or see any "sales assistants" so we had to hunt & find one, eventually someone came to help. While waiting we walked around the other items in the ilses. We noticed a cage full of irons that we wanted to have a look at, along with some other items, I asked the "sales assistant" if they were for sale, she informed that they were, mind boggling as they were all out of sight from the customer, not even a display item to view. We asked to view the iron & was informed that all the pictures& info was on the box that was on display shelf, we argued & said but how can we pay for something we are not able to view again, she said that all the pictures were on the box. We insisted to view the product first, she informs us that the people them thats why they are locked away.casually walking away to fetch the key (10 mins later) she opens the cage & lets us view the iron. We decide to take the iron, we pay for the empty box & get told to go fetch the product we just purchased. Shocking "service"!
