Complete disregard for customers

My wife and I often frequent Makro but have recently been put off by the attitude and lack of help from their employees. This morning, two employees leaning on office furniture, talking quite loudly to one another watched as I attempted to lift and entire stack of Big Jim boxes to remove one to buy. There after, another employee aggressively pushed in front of us while I was carrying this large and awkward box with complete disregard to myself and other customers.
Makro employees are incredibly easy to spot with their bright yellow shirts which ALL of the above mentioned were wearing. Utterly disgusted at the behaviour of their staff. They have given Makro such a bad name.
