I had seen a tablet cover advertised for R99 on special. This branch did not have stock and were unable to find stock before I went away for 2 weeks. On my return, I found a message from Ismail that he had found one at another branch and was I still interested? I phoned him and said I would collect it in 2 days. He actually went to the trouble of fetching it himself. Not many go out of their way to assist customers these days so a big thank-you to Ismail! Much appreciated!
