Video Rama
Store manager screams at me and then blacklists me

I have never been contacted by video Rama for any fines outstanding.
They also have never said anything to me while I'm in store.

Received a number of phone calls over the weekend of the 28th and 29th September, with the store manager Andre telling me I have to pay the account, I simply asked him why the account was not up to date and he told me to just pay or I will be black listed, I couldn't believe what he had just said and just kept quiet.
He then went on to tell me I'm a waste of his time and telephone money.
I explained to him that is no way to speak to a customer and then he needs to apologise for that comment.
He then went on to call me a and hung up the phone.

2 minutes later I received an SMS saying I have been blacklisted by Video Rama Pierre van Rynveld.
I have been trying to contact their head office for the entire week, have left messages and have received no feed back.

All I asked was why my account was not up to date, and I still do not know the answer.
Very unprofessional service from a store manager and head office.
