New Shoes on Monday were broken by Wednesday!

I bought shoes at Edgars in Pietermaritzburg on Monday.By Wednesday the rubber/ plastic heels were peeling on the bottom. the straps on both shoes had snapped and the soles had almost completely come away from the heel. In less than three days!
i am SO disappointed!
