Bad quality shoes

I bought shoes at Aldo last week Wednesday and wore them for the 1st time and last time on 01/02/2014. I must say I am disappointed at the quality, after 30 minutes my feet were hurting. For money that we pay for Aldo shoes i expect better quality heels that are comfortable and wont kill your feet after 30min at the very least. I would like my refund/voucher on these shoes and have them returned to manufacturer as they are very bad quality heels sold at a premium which is unacceptable. If I had had bought those shoes for less than R300 I would understand, however I have heels for less than R300 that are far more comfortable than those. Code of the shoe is Granata-10 with barcode 12-8-3 95652721.
