6 weeks and still no card

I applied for a identity account about 6weeks ago, after my account was approved I was told that I would receive my card in the mail in a short time period, which I haven't received yet, I received my statement already from them and so I had to make payments with my I.D document, and also all purchases I must make sure that I have it, otherwise they won't help me, because I don't have a card either. I think this is pathetic service from their side on delivering something to a customer.
