I had signed a refund request, which wasn't done on the day i was assured it would be done, when i called to consult i was told that there is a delay with the batch payment due to failed internal process. when asking when this would be done i was told by the accounts manager that she doesn't know it could be today or tomorrow but i should bank on it!

what kind of client service is that? if you cant follow through as promised and communicated then at least have the decency to contact your clients and let them know of the delay and with that learn to talk to them properly and don't be short or condescending. maybe back office staff needs to learn how to talk to clients and treat them with more respect! i guess the only diamonds at browns are the ones they sell!
