Ad service from both stores and i want my petrol

I went to wollies northgqte yesterday to a studio w nave blue blazer when i got there there was no size and a guy in the mens department helped me and he said they where offline i asked him to call fourways and he did and he found the the size i was looking for which was 46/117 ten minutes later he called me to the counter to take give my details to the person he was talking to at fourways i told him my name is netto smith and my number is 0833534131 then he tols that fourways had my size so told him i will go there immediatley, then i asked the guy who was helping me who should i talk to when i got to fourways he said i must go directly to customer care the jacket will be there when i got there there was no jacket I spoke to Karabo at fourways there was no jacket, i went to the top floor and tried to find out what happened the ladies at the counter could not help me all they said i must come back tommorow they did not even try to invetsigate until i said call the guys that knocekd off they said they cant call cellphones so i took my phone to call Thabang and Thabiso which both said they dont know anything. How pathetic is this, woolies gave me service
