No answer from info centre for ladies clothes size

Hi enquired at the East rand mall woolworths for size 16 of a white fur jacket code 501960906, The info assisted located stock at sandton city branch when she called she waited 30 minutes the assistant said sandton city does not answer the phone. I had to buy the small size jacket for my friend and hopefully exchange it for size 16 personally. Why does woollies have an info centre which delivers such poor service and just wastes time
