On the 2nd of October I went into the store as a fellow up to a defaulted fridge that I had only received 3 weeks prior to the mentioned date. After having been given a run around for almost a whole week I assumed that a leeway was being made. Unfortunately upon arriving at the store the assistant manager Nomsa who was proffering no form of assistance with regards to the situation I was in continued to cut me off to attend to other issues. Here I was thing customers came first. Upon that already condescending attitude Suzan decides to make her presence known by not only ARGUING over dates with me she down right told me to "JEESH, CALM DOWN" To say that the attitude at morkels is unprofessional would be a gross understatement. One cannot tell the difference between a floor manager, sales rep or cleaning staff. They are all rude and like to shift blame on each other the moment there is a fault and they provide little to no form of assistance when they see a clearly disgruntled customer. Suzan was neither reprimanded nor did she apologize to me she went on to roll her eyes and show an air of nonchalance and no form of remorse
