No after sales service

I chose to start shopping at Hirshes, as I heard there service was very good but recently I bought a set of T fal pots from them when opening the box I found one of the glass lids was shattered. I took it back and was told that following monday I would hear from them... 2 weeks later I called there hotline the noise in the background was so bad that I could barely hear the chap on the phone I was told they would get back to me in 10 minutes... its 2 days later... I'm guessing they have my money now and they could not be bothered.
