Looks like they are selling 2nd goods

Good day, I would like to state that today is a Sunday and i understand people are more laid back. I was looking all over Pretoria for Thermal paste for my PC. I found Matrix in Hatfield open. I called them first to hear whether or not they have stock, the person answering the phone spoke so unclearly i could barely make out what he was trying to say. I went there to buy thermal paste. Later that day I went back there again to buy a CPU fan. When i opened the box to see in what condition the fan was, the blades on the fan had layers of dust on as if it was second hand goods. So that made me think. I took another box and saw this one looked relatively "new". No decent packaging though. I went home to install it and the little feet that goes into the motherboard didn't work properly so I have been sold broken goods. Called the manager he answered but with music so loud in the background I could barely hear him and clearly heard and picked up that he couldn't care less. Not good at all.
