I purchased a bed at Lewis Stores 3 months back through credit which they took time to deliver it and also to find out that the bed was damaged. they promised me that they will send me another replacement bed which am still waiting for till date and now they expect me to pay for the damaged bed which i will never do till I receive delivery of the replacement bed. worst of all the manager calls me to tell me that i should pay i explained to her the situation and she tell me that I hanged up the phone on her stuff which is not true and still have the nerve to tell me that she will send someone to collect it same day she called at my workplace, as if i run around carrying cash with me. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS POOR SERVICE!!!
