Comfort samples

In April COMFORT advertized free samples to ladies clubs. I applied for a supply for our Pensioners club and duly received confirmation on 16th April that my samples would be delivered. Two months down the line I received another email indicating that I had not supplied the correct information. I duly gave the correct information AGAIN... since then I have sent several emails asking what had happened to my samples which to date I still have not received, Next week it will be 6 months... is this the kind of business we as consumers must expect from large companies. I am very disappointed that COMFORT cannot honour its promises. I certainly do not feel like recommending their products. The email address that I had to answer to is [Email Removed] but they do not even have the decency to reply. On their facebook page I just get told to INBOX them but I still do not receive any report back. I am sad to have to disappoint our oldies at not having the sample to give them.
