TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING

A deposit was paid on a dress to to mede for my wedding and a promise was made to contact me with a couple of days to look at fabric and colour samples. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I went back to the business (operating from a garage at home) with my own fabric sample. I was again promised that samples of this fabric would be forthcoming in various colours 'shortly'. Another week with no feedback and I sent a mail asking if there is a problem. I got an sms a couple of hours later stating that the business had had an armed and that all appointments were cancelled until further notice. This while advertising and posting carried on furiously on facebook.

I sent another mail the following week firstly enquiring about their wellbeing after the supposed armed and requesting a meeting to view and select fabric samples. The response... YOU SAID ANYTHING IN GREEN, I WILL SEND A PICTURE LATER

5 days later... no word, no picture, no communication. On day 6 I sent a mail asking if there was a problem as measurements had not even been taken and I think I should just get my deposit back and go elsewhere.

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!!! Go somewhere else, no refund!!
