False Promises, and People`s Money

These stories all sound very similar. I also fell into the trap of depositing money into Marista`s Account, because she said that before I can get the sample of the Invitations that I wanted from her. She used to email me everyday, asking if I had made the payment. I eventually made a payment (50%) of what she had quoted, and I was promised that my Samples will be delivered via a overnight courier. She Got the Payment on the 30 April 2013, and after a Month of inquiring about the samples Marista kept of telling the same that she will trace the parcel, and get back to me. She eventually started ignoring my phone calls. Eventually she sent me an sms telling me that she had problems, and was also in hospital that is why she could not reply to me, but that was a lie, because everytime I sent her an sms I will check on Whatsapp when last was she logged on, and it showed that she had her phone all the time. I requested her to refund me my money since she had FAILED to deliver just a sample, and did not want to DEAL with a person that is VERY UNRELIABLE.
