Sold me expiring products

Lizelle was at Birchwood in eastrand, they had expo and they were selling vitasure face products which were then on special. i took their contacts and promised to call them the following week which i did and ordered products for R209. she delivered them on a Friday at birchwood as i was still there. i payed cash on delivery and she had given me free samples the previous week which were attached to a box and the labelling was on the box not samples themselves, unfortunately the box fell down and samples detached from the box as a result i wasn't sure which sample was for which labels and i couldn't use them. when she delivered my order i told her about the samples that fell down and she took them promised me later that day she will bring the new ones.
After she left i realised that the products she sold me were dirty old and one was month to expiry date and the other one which was a night cream was two months to expiry date. i then thought when she comes back i will ask her to exchange my products as i wont be able to finish them before expiry date. Later that day she didn't come back as promised, i send her several messages which she didn't respond to i called her she didn't answe
