Never phone back when stock is on the floo

I asked my father in law to go to the Checkers Hyper in Meadowdale to buy a Shultz impact drill that was advertised for R 599, when he got there they informed him they have not packed out the stock yet as they were very busy at this time. They took all his details on Friday 27 September 2013 and they told him that they will phone him as soon as the stock is unpacked. The week end passed and we did not hear anything from them, so Monday morning he tried phoning them, firstly the phone rang a long time before somone answered it then was put through to the department where he said he held on for about 20 minutes. He kept phoning through out the day and did not get any response. Finally on Tuesday he went to them where he said that nobody helped him where he left all his details, finally a lady came through and helped him to get the correct person in the department. I was lucky to get this drill because it was the last one that they had there, when he asked the person in charge of the department why he did not let him know that the stock was out he replied and said that he forget to phone. It is just lately the service in this branch has really gone down the drain.
