Stock that is on sale in the pamflet not in stock!

My husband and I went to Checkers Hyper on monday to buy the bar chairs that was in the specials pamflet. They did not have stock and we had to leave our details. Nobody got back to us by wednesday and we called customer services where Janice said she would get back to us by 11 today, she has however not gotten back to us and when I called she does not answer. I really want these chairs before tomorrow! If it is in the pamfflet it should be in store!
