No results for paid account that still gets billed

I have just had enough of the bad service that I have gotten from Hi fi Corp for the past few months, we are in October, my account was settled in JUNE MONTH already, but yet I received a bill yet again from them state my account is in the arears etc. Now what really me off, august month I went in to Hi Fi Corp at N1 city and was assured it would sorted out, now where does one draw the line, seriously considering taking them to court, coz empty promises means nothing!
