Not only am I disappointed at the service, but I am just lost for words at the service I received today from Woolworths cresta. I bought slippers for my daughter on the 30-10-2013 around 12:00. The slippers did not fit my daughter so I wanted to exchange them on 01-10-2013. I went to customer services and they did not want to exchange claiming they were dirty, the so called manager told me that I must humble myself because I want his help and secondly he told me that I allowed my daughter to play with the shoes, that was disrespectful as I am not his relative I am a customer and for him to tell me I allowed my daughter to play with the shoes, does he stay at my house for him to make such a statement. A whole manger speaking to a customer like that is first of all disrespectful and unprofessional. I want these slippers exchanged and will not tolerate such poor service, he claimed that its a loss, its also a loss to me keeping and paying for shoes that no one will wear. he also had his name tag inside out, isn't the purpose of these for us to see whom we are dealing with as customers? Why hide your identity?
