Sunday the 22 September 2013 I expected to buy a PSP model 1000 in stead I received a PSP model street when I went to the manager on Tuesday the 1 October to complain he got arrogant and repeatedly said there is no difference between the 2 models he indicated that the number of lights on the PSP does not make a difference, and i indicated to him that he does not no his product he then said he will give me may money back later in the day out of the register witch I them replayed it is fine but I will still make a complaint at his main office witch he replayed go a head I don't care.

I am only saying this because I feel that this could happen to another person.
And if I should of kept may mouth shut nothing would of been done to correct it.
