Requested card machine to be on internet line!!!

I am not happy with the service from the credit card division, they was asked to contact me before the install... witch I did not receive a call. So I can tell them what I want done!

The card machine I wanted to go through on the internet line that we have in place, So I get to our shop to find that the card machine is going out on our Telkom line! as dial-up... Now if as asked for them to phone me to ask what I wanted!!! maybe all be ok...

Now I phoned the guy that did the install, to response it can not be done! now that model I have checked yes it can not be done! It would have been painless if just I received that call in the first place, then arrange the right one that could connect via Ethernet to internet connection on IP address..

And I have checked the models there is one that can... Now please sort this problem out! and make sure to that we get the right device!!! And the one that we returned is the same model that we received Veriphone vx 810... that means we have received old model! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THAT

I am not the least HAPPY with this service
