On Monday 23/09/13 i went to sterns to settle the amount that Miss Suzan Staak told me about after the on my account i was surprised to my balance of R249.00 and to our agreement with Suzan my balance should be R53.00 but now is not like that, when i enquirer with the lady at the stores she says the interest that occurred the where calculated based on the balance wheres Suzan told me that she is gonna reverse everything together with the charges and the credit berou now is like i must be at the stores everyday to check if my account is not in big and areas like before, I'm tired of sterns head-office giving me attitude instead of solving this mess on my account, im still having the prove of the email from Suzan to my email about the balance of R53.30, im disappointed and disgusted by sterns and unprofessional case handling..disgusted by head-office... empty promises... poor service... poor case handling... what they know is to sent you debts letters that you owe then forgetting to do their Job... No more sterns account... pisssed...
