GREATEST AMBASSADOR FOR NINE WEST!

Dear Sirs,

It is my greatest of pleasure to write this email and rave about Ms. Sherley Domingos from your V&A Waterfront branch!

I bought a pair of sandles there on 23 December '12 (Fair3whtwht075), but after wearing it once, found that a vital part of the sandle shifts, leading it to slip off my feet.

I returned the sandles on 6 January '13 to the shop where the manageress advised that I'm the only person who complained out of the 30 pairs sold. She instructed me to take my sandles to Barksole (!) and request them to stich or glue them, so the top part wouldn't shift... I kept a straight face, but wish you could see the horror on the gentleman at Barksole's face when I told him what happened!

I returned to the shop. Ms. Domingos immediately took control of the situation (after the way the Manageress treated me, I was quite relieved!) and asked me to please leave the sandles with her, email her the details and a copy of my receipt whereafter she'll revert.

Ms. Domingos responded to my email the same day and we went back to the shop a couple of days later to get a full refund.

Ms. Domingos takes pride is NineWest and it's customers!

She's an invaluable asset!!
