My sister had. Account at foschini and also a funeral was included in this account.

They said the funeral cover is R10000.00 when you die of natural cause and R15000.00 if u die by accident.

My sister S S Monchwe I'd no 7209231110081 away on 02 september 2013 and I claimed on this policy but to my suprise only R4000.00 was paid.

I emailed them to ask for explanation but up to now no responce. I think they must explain to me why they a not paying as the contract says.
