I Bought a Wall unit which the doors does not close the shelf not stable. I have reported the doors to the store manager and thereafter to the customer care. After numerous calls and nothing had been done to fix it. when received a call from Shaheemah from customer service this morning, I just mention that the shelf had fallen and broken my vase. She immediatly just down my trought and said that Lewis is not responsible for the vase and I held them responsible because my mother press to hard. I was not even blaming them for it I just wanting to bring it to there attention that the shelf needs to be fix. I was so humaliated and felt so small, the way she spoke to me and when I said I hope this call is recorded because this is no way to talk to me, she said yes it is recorded and drop the phone in my ear. Shaheemah should not be in customer service, I just need the whall unit fix or replaced. Cannot take this abuse anymore
