Incomplete Kitchen unit

I entered into a contract with Kitchen Factory on the 8 March 2013 and pay their quotation in full before delivery as per the agreement but to date the kitchen is still not completed. I reported the faults to the supplier 2 months ago nothing has been done. There are 2 doors which does not close properly, the corner unit door has fallen apart, there is a huge gap between the eyelevel oven and the unit of which the 2 small doors above needs to be replaced with the correct size of the doors. The worst thing that the supplier did, he robbed me on purpose with the size of the breakfast table. When I queried it, he became very rude to me
